3500 # PROGRAMMABLE HOIST LINE 

•  Located in California closed Armaments facility
•  Pristine condition, includes spiderwebs and dust!
•  Environmentally decommissioned/cleaned 
•  Previously designed and commissioned as a 15 station barrel phosphate line
•  Stainless steel barrels 20” diameter x 42” long
•   Tanks are 60” CDOT x 40“ DOT x 42” deep.
•  Drying tank is 92” CDOT x 61“ DOT x 60” deep.
• Multi-station phosphate tank is 120” CDOT x 61" DOT x 60" Deep.
•      Work is measured with Weigh-tronic scale and dumped into hopper 
•      w/ shaker feeding of barrels with Essex Elevator conveyor
•  Work is dried in the barrel with a 1.2 million BTU/hr air heat burner system
•  An unload conveyor moves the phosphate parts to a 15ft3 hopper
• Very low operating hours due to facility decommissioning
