Two BRAND NEW- Acid Copper Plating Lines

Two Brand New, Unused, Plating Lines!

These lines were built for a major aerospace OEM to acid copper plate on pre-cleaned substrate. Exceptional tanks and components were specified and used for this line build.

The lines could be used for other plating or anodizing applications or combined to form a parallel leg line or one longer process line.

Each line consists of 4 tanks - 2 Rinses (single station) and 2 plating tanks (3 station) for a total number of 8 work stations. Putting the lines together to form 1 process line would yield 16 work stations.

Individual process line sequence is:

• Sta. Process 1. Fixed Load/Unload Stand
• 2. Post-copper, single rinse w/ exit water sprays
• 3. Acid dip/Dragout
• 4.-6. Acid copper tank (three stations)
• 7.-9. Acid copper tank (three stations)
